A professional dancer and dance instructor she holds certifications in Pilates Mat, Pilates Equipment, the GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® methods.Thai Massage and trained for two years at the Kane School of Core Integration NYC where she developed her expertise in Injury Rehabilitation.
